Instead it was a Canicross run, where a lot of us are returning from injury, so the pace was easy (or as easy as the dogs would let us), the regroups were frequent, and there was a lot of chatting going on at the back. I refuse to look guilty about this 😎
I remembered to turn on the new tracker - honestly, I’ve had it installed for a good 6 months but kept forgetting to actually try it - and was really surprised when I got home to find it gives me all sorts of interesting info like cadence. Not that I know how reliable that figure is, but I really will be interested to see how it differs when I do a dog free run during the week.
I don’t generally use autopause when I’m running, as it feels vaguely like cheating to me, but I did leave it selected on this particular app this morning.
