I am delighted to report that I completed the programme this morning! Still huffing and puffing near the end but I did it. Hope to do my first park run on 28 March so will keep repeating week 9 and try and improve my speed.
This has been something I never thought I would be able to do, so there is hope for all. Good luck and just keep chipping away until you get there xx

Well done! It feels great doesn’t it. I graduated last week and I’d a park run yesterday, I hadn’t actually covered 5k on the programme but did it yesterday, you’ve loads to look forward to and Park runs are a lovely non competitive event . Congratulations on your graduation
