Iβd normally run on a Monday but I really wasnβt feeling it. Mental health has never been an issue for me until lockdown, I genuinely feel this app and the community has helped me in a way that I canβt put in words.
This bubble of experiences runners to advise, the ones that are at the same stage as you are now and the newbies that follow our journey.
Fatbags1 has been my virtual running pal throughout this and I couldnβt have done it without you, thank you.
We all started somewhere, I remember week 1...
Whatβs next... well Iβm gonna keep doing week 9 because I loved the ending of this.
Stay safe, keep going and one foot in front of the other

Well done!!! Congratulations!! I am so pleased for you. It's wise to keep going regularly as I found that not running for 11 days made me drop right down. Started with 20 mins running yesterday. Doing wk7 just once and then back to where I should be. So keep an eye out for my graduation too. Once again congratulations - a well earned victory!!
Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 9 and graduating from C25K π ππΎ
