Phew done! I almost enjoyed it, apart from as I completed the final run I caught up with an old guy out walking his dog I couldnβt get my breath back, he looked at me like he wondered if he should call an ambulance ππ€¦ββοΈ
I honestly think a Lycra clad heavily panting size 18 woman was the last thing he expected to see this morning. Anyway itβs done Iβve got my breath back and looking onwards to week 3! ππ

Congrats on completing week 2. Just returned from a very similar experience on my week 2 run 1. Stopped just just short of an older lady out walking her dog. Puffing and Panting while also feeling quite jubilant at stepping up to week 2 she turned and looked at me and said 'oh dear, you do look hot, there really aren't enough benches along here' ππ€¦ββοΈ that brought me down to earth with a bump!!
ππ old people are like children arenβt they in that they say what they think. At almost 40 years old Iβve let what people think or what I believe they must get in the so many times, itβs a big hurdle to get over but Iβm getting there.
Laughing along the way helps! Well done on your run!! We might finish with red faces but at least we finish βΊοΈππ
Well done! I inadvertently made a little old lady feel bad last week. She was brisk walking towards me with her walking stick n said she thought she was doing well till she saw me, though I was only going slow lol. I had to confess I was only running for 3 minutes in the hope it made her feel better ππ
