I remember for so long every new year I would think " this year I am going run around the block every night" in an attempt to get fit. Needless to say, this never happened - until this year! After a hectic January I am now moving on to W4R!

Hi JellyJac, your post really resonated with me. I always swore I was never going to be fat and fifty and I am fifty in September, and also a few stones overweight. I've just done W5R3 and am feeling pretty fine! Easier than I thought and I've been really dreading it.

Well done for doing this x
