Oh I’m so sorry! Hope the pain calms down soon... don’t worry the run will still be there waiting for you and someois bound to suggest loads of exercises that will keep up your fitness. Take care

I can imagine. I’m not sure I can run 9:1 tomorrow and if I don’t, I’m not sure when I can because i get busy and and but I need to relax about it as I want to keep up running and not just stop after week 9 so there is time.
Omg! ☹️😘 that’s really rubbish... I hope you can try and stay positive and I guess you just need it to heal then get back out there. It’s a temporary blip but so disappointing for you! Xx

Oh how disappointing for you, don’t let it get you down, keep your fitness up and you will be back. Take care of that toe and don’t try to get back running before it’s completely healed.
Once the pain has gone... then buddy it up to the next toe.. the big one... with some surgical tape... you can then, if you wish begin to move on it again.
Having broken toes several times.. it will ease... The run will wait

Sorry about your toe, hope it heals quickly for you. Ouch!!!!
Is it def broken? Apply some neighbor strapping (like old floss said) and lots of paracetamol!! Oh, make sure you put a thin layer of gauze or something absorbent between the 2 toes before u strap them. Otherwise sweaty toes stuck together can lead to some nasty skin breakdown!

Did u get it xrayed? You could have something else broken in ur foot?
Oh ouch. Your poor thing. 😱 So, so painful -I remember from long ago when a horse stepped on my bare foot. Do all the right things and once the pain is gone, follow doc/physio advice to the letter & it will get better surprisingly quickly. But meanwhile ☹️😰 so hard!!
Just to add a note of optimism, the break where it is should heal pretty quickly. Breaking a different bone in your foot would have put off your running for a lot longer than a toe bone. Good luck and finally you have the rest of your life to run as you're a runner now so it will happen. Good luck 👍
