Due for wk4r3 in the morning and yesterday I stubbed my little toe and it's extremely painful to walk on...really don't want to lose momentum but I think I'm going to have to give it a miss until it's less tender.

Poor toe!! Nice photo lol. Sorry to hear you've hurt yourself, but if you rest it you might find it's better in time for your next run (the legendary Week 5!!!) Go you!!! 😀😀😀

Resting after injury is part of being a runner. It is a shame you are learning this so early on, but there is no point exacerbating a painful little toe and while you may lose momentum you won't lose any condition with a few days extra resting.
Here's hoping for a quick recovery.

Get that little piggy back to normal & your next run will be fine...def do not run on it until it’s ok otherwise it’ll be the IC for you & then you will be proper gutted 😕
Thanks for the advice gonna leave it a couple of days
I was forced to take a week out about week 4. Same reason. Stubbed little toe. I picked up again no problem so don't worry. Wait till it's stopped hurting before you run again.
