Up to week 5.. done run 1 .. looking to run 2 of week 5.....ooooohhh.. 8min runs .. how how how? Its gotta be a slower pace ? Especially with run 3 heading to a 20min run? Eeekkk!

Just do it. I was so worried about week 5. I did it all real slow and the week 6 run 1 got a PB on distance and km time.
