I'm due to do this one later but not looking forward to it - did run 1 ok but run 2 on Saturday nearly saw me off!! Does anyone else have times when it seems like a marathon? 🙄

Indeed! For me the trick has been to learn to run slowly. Search ‘Japanese slow jogging movement’ on youtube for a short film giving tips on technique on how to do this. It turned things round for me - and accepting that I don’t have to run fast to get all the benefits. When we start learning to run we just have to get the habit and learn to run for 30 mins slowly adding the miles/km over time - pace etc can come later if desired.
Then there are good days and harder ones, but you’re still running! Slow down for now and you should be fine.

I’ve just got in from my W7 R1 and it wasn’t my best physically or mentally today. I definitely think we all have times like this. Good luck with your run, I bet it’s a good one 👍
Well I did it but am ashamed to say I had to walk for a minute after 20mins but in my defence (excuse!!😂) I was running along the coast and into the wind !!
