I haven't posted up till now, but I have been following the forum with interest :-).
I was excited but nervous about the 20 minute run, but I managed it with the sun shining and Mama Mia 2 playing to keep me company :-).
I can't believe how far I have come - I was so out of breath running for 60 seconds, yet now the 30 minute run feels like it is in my grasp AND I am really enjoying it :-).
I have had all sorts of minor aches and pains but have had gait analysis (and shiny new shoes), foam roller and compression sleeves and (fingers crossed) all seems to be settling down.
Just enjoying it so much

Great for getting to the end of wk5 , you say you're enjoying this I think it makes you want to get out and run as I enjoy running also good luck for wk6
Congratulations Thursdaynext on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K. Onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks 🚶 and runs 🏃
Thank you - I am so glad I have been following the forum as (I think) I am well prepared for the intervals again and I can see why it catches people out.
