Week 7 Goodbye!

A tough challenge to do week 7 whilst away for work - mainly because it has meant doing my runs before 7am in the dark, after late night and eating/drinking a bit more than optimal! But managed it today and felt ok even with a hangover. Back on a more healthy eating and sleeping pattern for week 8 !
