Completed W6R2 tonight but didn’t feel comfortable the whole run - so grateful for my three minutes walk in the middle ! Now getting stressed about W6R3, was W5R3 a fluke- can I really do 25 minutes!!? I know I need to trust in the programme but week 6 has got me very confused .🤔🤔🤔

Instruggled with week six r3 as well, or the idea of it but you’re ready, you’ve already run 20 minutes, just slow down if you need to and keep the body moving no matter what your brain says and you’ll be fine

I just have got in from W6 R3, and I was worried as the previous run was tough! Found the first 5 minutes hard but got into my stride and done it. It’s so worth the feel good factor at the end. Good Luck! X

You still got through it well done. Some of us found it easier running non stop rather than the walk run walk scenario. Take it slow and you will get through it 😊🏃♂️🏃♂️🏃♂️
