And it was ok actually...I did some intervals to improve speed and 5.1k so I am happy with that. I did make sure I had some good tunes to keep me company I was worried my dedication would fade without the app but it seems I actually enjoy running..who'd of thought lol! Happy half way through the week day ! :)

That’s amazing after completing it last year I stopped. I am back to week 7 and running the park run which I think will keep me going

Thank you! I am going to give myself a month then do my local park run. It helps that I love music and dont get to listen to it in a dedicated fashion apart from when I run. Not long to go now until you can graduate again! Happy times :)
