Pleased you got the link from Bluebirdrunner.πŸ‘πŸ‘

Laura is really the bestπŸ’«πŸƒβ€β™€οΈ and as a detail which I need , the podcast just keeps repeating itself after the session is up, until you switch Laura off.πŸ‘

Enjoy them all in your own good time.πŸ‘

Enjoy your running and keep smiling.πŸ’«πŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸ’«

Good to have a laugh.πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

Listening to the podcast repeat is one thing.πŸ€”πŸ˜‚

Have not used it yet, Laura’s speed podcast, interval runs,Laura is the business.

As others have said Jen slow and steady, no rush.πŸ€”πŸƒβ€β™€οΈ

I have used the hill repeats on Strava a couple of times, and plan to use that more also in the months ahead , together with Laura’s 3podcasts for graduates, and the Strava intervals also.Strava have two training plans but you are doing it solo.πŸ€”πŸ™ˆ

Enjoy your running and keep smiling.

Of course you'll get to 5k but as Mummycav says be sure to enjoy the journey. I'd suggest varying the sorts of runs you do, when you do them, where you run, what you listen to (or don't) and that way you'll develop the running habits that suit you and you'll get to 5k (and beyond) exactly when you're ready. That said I really like the C25K + podcasts - give them all a go. 😊

Are they the Laura ones that Tbae suggested?
