Finally finished W4. Only took me three weeks for various reasons! Just wondering if I’m ready for W5! Feeling a bit daunted though happy to show off my new Lucy Locket leggings that gave my jelly legs smiles today

With those leggings you are definitely ready! (And yes you are ready!)

Of course your ready!! Keep it slow and steady, trust the plan, every run and every week prepares you for the next. You'll smash it especially on your new LL's😊

Wow! Jazzy leggings! I honestly didn't feel ready for week 5 but I did it anyway and survived. Listen to your body and repeat as necessary - but only if you try and can't complete it. If you don't try, you'll never know whether you could have done it. Good luck! :)

Thx that’s a really helpful post, particularly showing how the sessions are structured. I think the key is to not try and go too fast which is a fault of mine. The adrenaline kicks in and I take off and then regret it!
