Finally finished W4. Only took me three weeks for various reasons! Just wondering if I’m ready for W5! Feeling a bit daunted though happy to show off my new Lucy Locket leggings that gave my jelly legs smiles today

Wow! Jazzy leggings! I honestly didn't feel ready for week 5 but I did it anyway and survived. Listen to your body and repeat as necessary - but only if you try and can't complete it. If you don't try, you'll never know whether you could have done it. Good luck!
Thx that’s a really helpful post, particularly showing how the sessions are structured. I think the key is to not try and go too fast which is a fault of mine. The adrenaline kicks in and I take off and then regret it!
