Right please be nice!! As some of you know I actually managed to get out early this morning. Now I’m supposed to be going to my running club tomorrow eve (it’s a beginners course, so run/walk). As I ran early and it’s tomorrow eve do you think it’ll be ok to go? I do stretches and use roller. I really want to go as I love it and get on with the other beginners. Help lol

It’s better than running tonight and then tomorrow morning! There my positives end... you know the real answer. Take it easy if you do go.
Thanks, perhaps I’ll go and do the boot camp!
Now I didn’t say that 😂😂😂😂😂
The boot camp is there for those who have injuries or can’t run. It’s not high impact so should be ok 🤣🤣😂😂

If you take it easy you will probably (note the caution) be okay.
Best not to make a habit of it just yet.
