This is my first post - I don't do social media - but I have been visiting the site for a while and it has been really helpful, and at times inspiring. Thanks to that, and Michael Johnson, a long time hero of mine, I've finished the course and have - mostly - loved it. I always hate the first 10 minutes.
Now a few consolidation runs and then I'll think about next steps. I'm looking forward to running in daylight when the clocks change.
