What a morning!

Started out with a dip in the sea for 5 mins. Apparently it was 7 deg and it was very windy but oh so exhilarating.

So still buzzing from that I did my W5R1 run. Slightly tired but elated with endorphins now.

Can I have a beer with the rugby now??

Did you not want to do a cycle ride between the swim and the run?? 😂

Glad you enjoyed your swim then your run 1 of week 5, if you had had a short cycle run before the run, you then could have said "I did a triathlon today". Enjoy your beer while watching the rugby which I am doing right now but with coffee not beer, by the way the latest score at 3.47 is Scotland 13 Ireland 19.

Well done you ⭐️ As to the beer, are you watching or playing ? If playing, I’d wait - you might spill it 😄
