What a lovely morning for a graduation run!

I'm not usually a morning runner (or a morning person come to think of it!) but I went out this morning with a friend who is an experienced runner and I finally completed week 9 and managed my first 5k. It was a lovely cold frosty morning with clear blue skies which I really enjoyed. A change of route also helped. Now to work on my speed - I'm still really slow - but so pleased to have managed 5k! Thanks to everyone on here for blogging, it really helps! As for all you newbies out there - keep going, you'll get there!
