I am sad: unfortunately the pain in the pubis / hip that I started suffering three weeks ago continues ...
Initially I tried to rest for a while, but then I realized that every time I tried to run again the day after the pain was more acute at every step (more walking than running!).
A few days ago I went to a good physiotherapist who practiced manipulations and frankly advised me against running in a frequent and systematic way because of the inevitable traumas that running causes ( much better walking fast or cycling). I am a bit disappointed because during the whole program I felt really healthy...
So now I am resting and only walking...reading your enthusiastic posts makes me feel excluded from this lovely community.
