So after a 2 week break, my dodgy knees finally felt good enough to start again tonight! Jumped straight back in at week 3 Run 1 and happy to report no adverse effects so far ππ. I did take it VERY steady tho, but seems to have worked. Shortened my stride which isnβt easy when your 6ft 5 and tried to stop bouncing up and down π. Anyway onwards and upwards, being on Run 2!!

Welcome back! Yes, that's the way to do it... short steps, easy pace, not too much bouncing. Congrats and hope you keep going without issue.
I had a similar issue as have had to take a week off with flu. Had been at W4R2 stage but went back to W3R1 as had low energy levels. It was the right decision as managed it and already have my enthusiasm back!

Welcome back... stride length, like everything else is relative... good job on that running form... enjoy that run 2.
Yes canβt say Iβm looking forward to W4 but surprised myself by being able to do the first run last time I tried! Itβs great to be back on the programme as really missed it (never thought Iβd miss running in the rain π€£)!
