So the big one is done! I’ve been dreading this run all week, thinking surely 2 x 10 mins should be the next step, from 8 to 20 seems a giant leap, but I’m very proud and pleased to say I DID IT! Looking forward to WK 6 already! 😀

YOU DID IT. Vibi25 you ran continuously for 20 minutes, well done., run 3 of week 5 is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks🚶 and runs 🏃 You should be very proud of yourself 😊.

Well done.

You went from a twenty one minute workout to a twenty minute workout.....so you could call it a backward step........ certainly not a giant leap, except in your head.
