I did it. I completed the 9-week Couch to 5K programme (although it probably took more like 10-11 weeks π).
But this past week (3 runs) I've ran 30 minutes nonstop covering 3.5km each time (just over 4km when including brisk warm up/ down walks.
At around 8:30 minutes/km, I'm about twice as slow as my Ironman sonβΊοΈ. But I don't care π
I'll now work on distance (rather than time) to nail 5km. β in Veigy-Foncenex, Rhone-Alpes, France.
