Took a bad tackle at rugby training last night. Have a slightly swollen knee, so thought it best to postpone my run. How long should I leave it? I don’t want to have to start again 🙁 thanks for any advice.

It is really nice that women have got big time into sports like football and rugby, sorry about your injury Rugby girl, just like rugby when injured you will have to wait until the injury heals before going back to running and playing rugby, as you know playing rugby with a injury is not on, same with running, just hope your injury heals soon, if sooner than two weeks continue where you were.

How long is a piece of string. RICE and wait until the pain and swelling is gone. Sorry to hear that you’re hurt... and I wish I could tell you how many days. I just hope you’re back soon.

Rest up for as long as necessary, you'll know when to resume. You'll not lose any fitness during this time, so don't hurry back.
