So I did W6R1 last night in the pouring rain. As usual the charming kids were hanging out in the locus bus stop and felt the need to point out that I have a fat arse. Now a few weeks ago this would have floored me and I would have changed my route. Not last night. Last night I continued on my usual loop and each time I ran past them I smaked my own big fat behind at them! Last night was the first night I felt like a runner and nothing they could say was going to take that buzz away from me. Hurray for C25K and the confidence it is giving me🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🤗🤗

What a great Post You are a Star!!!

I have a less honorable attitude to the "Smirkers" - I picture them in an ICU with more tubes going into them than out, while Fit and Healthy me does every single one of my runs where I go by their window so I can give them the middle finger 😂

Fantastic response to stupid kids too ignorant to know better! And so much nicer than my own response to a boss who, many years ago (wouldn't be allowed these days!) commented on the size of my behind and asked how much I weighed. I suggested I sat on his face and he could tell me how much I weighed. Not sure either of us ever lived that one down!
