Week 6 in the bag.

Completed week 6 today, it’s been a tough week.

Today half way through I just wanted to quit and wasn’t feeling it but at the end I actually sped up so ended on a high.

I’m sure this is normal for the now longer runs and I hope I start to find them less of a struggle.

Great job out there, you dug deep and then finished strong. Week 7 is consolidating what you just did so they may feel a little easier... then the final push to the end before full consolidation. You can do that for as long as it takes to become comfortable... so don’t worry, it will get easier. Enjoy the next one.

Much as I’m mr positive, lots of the plan was a struggle... in week 7-9 I felt the strength building and consolidation was a big increase on that. You’ll run 30 easy soon enough... and you’re gonna love it.
