Hi Did my first run of week 5 it was ok but the outside of my legs just above my ankle
is sore and tender, has anybody any idea why and what I can do to avoid this happening.

Great job. I can’t tell what is causing ankle pain... have a read of “injuryproof” your feet and ankles and maybe you’ll find an answer and/or exercises to help.
