So I finished week 5 run 1 today and I just looked at run 2 and I am scared!!! It’s the first week that it changes the routine mid week... any advise would be great... I’m doing it on a treadmill and find it so mind numbing looking at the same thing as I run. I do have music but I feel I could do with a tv!!

Great job. Ok... so, usually the runs change weekly... now they change every run... but that’s no more scary really. Your next run takes you to half way in this plan... and soon it will show you just how awesome you are. So, you know the plan works, there are so many of us graduates around telling you how well you are doing, so you know that you can trust the plan. It’s time for the hard mental bit... we don’t all start this with good self esteem and belief in our abilities... it’s time to start doing that... how proud are you of your journey so far? Did you ever see yourself doing this well? Are you amazing yourself yet? Let that belief seed and grow... you can do this... you can run 30 minutes... heck, you can run a marathon if you want to... amaze yourself some more... enjoy run 2... hear that bell half way through it... grin because you know that’s half the plan done... and just relax and run. Permission to be emotional at the finish line granted... go get it.
Thank you so much for the advise. Just finished run 2 and it went really well. I just can’t believe the leap to 20 mins!!!
