So I should be starting W5R1 but have had a minor op and been advised to not exercise for 2 weeks!!! I can't believe how disappointed I feel about the prospect of not being able to jog now I think I might be getting this jogging bug!!!! Good luck to all starting a new week of progress πŸƒβ€β™€οΈ

I know exactly how you feel.

I've just re-started after a major op and got clearance from the surgeon to run only a few days ago.

I've re-started C25K from W1R1 and it feels great!

I'm lucky to be alive.

Glad you've recovered well from your surgery MungoBrush and good luck on your C5K journey πŸ‘

Two weeks is just about the length of time that you can rest up without losing any condition, so if you start back nice and gently, you should be able to pick up where you left off.

Never fear, you will soon be back up to speed.

Thank you Lannoda Truffe, I'm not known for my patience so will probably be back sooner!! Lol

Take it easy. Why not raid your local library for running books and do some swotting up while you recover ? Looking forward to having you back x
