Heffed myself around the park again this morning at 6.30am! Is it too soon to say it felt easier??!! Although it was probably because I listened to all your expert advice on going a bit slower, I was definitely jogging the 60 seconds but wasn’t left feeling like my lungs were on fire and I couldn’t talk this time - I was out of breath and relieved when the 90 second walks came but it wasn’t so excruciating and I actually did an air punch like Rocky when I finished!!! Great job... use that new pace and enjoy these runs. Punch that air harder every run... you’re going to amaze yourself so often in the next few weeks. Feel free to be proud and wear a smug grin every day now.

Love the air punching! I finish by running with outstretched arms like I’ve just won Gold for 100m even though all I’ve done is huff and puff a lot! 😂
