It took a lot to convince myself I should run today! Especially in this weather. But I did it and I am so happy I did! The dog wasn’t very impressed with the weather though! :)

It's been pretty horrible weather today so well done for getting out there - I'm sure the dog will learn to love it, eventually :o)

Well done, keep going! Leave the dog at home if it complains too much :D

It’s good to get into the habit of not permitting the weather to dictate whether or not you go out. The only thing now that stops me is ice or (because of living in a very landslide prone part of Italy), high winds as they destabilise the trees.

It shows great grit to go out, especially in the early runs when you’re nt sure about what the runs demand of you.

Well done you

Well done 😊

Keep going! I’ve yet to run in the rain - I’m in Spain - but I can’t imagine it’s easy to get the motivation to go out in the wet!
