Completed W1R2 tonight and my asthma didn't flair up at all. Had my running scarf over my mouth for the majority of it this time so seemed to do the trick. But feel good doing it 👍🏻

Great run and good news on the asthma front... enjoy run 3, it’ll make you feel even better.

Thank you. Here's hoping. Honestly the scarf idea is a life saver... literally

My friend has had asthma since childhood... he’s in his 50s and still carries inhalers... not used one for 20 years... oh and he now runs ultramarathons! Hopefully it will really help yours too.

Great news. I only ever need my inhaler when exercising and W1R1 the wee inhaler got used about 7 times. Tonight - Once, midway which is at the top of a hill. W1R1 must've just been me blowing the cobwebs out my lungs. Thanks

Top of a hill I think I could use one 😂. Happy running.

I don’t have asthma and have my scarf up too look like I’m about to rob a bank lol it has definitely helped last few weeks with the cold weather - keep going and well done
