Know it's not a massive deal to have completed my 2nd jog but I'm hoping a brief post on here after every session will keep me motivated.

All the best for 2014 everyone!

Well done for starting the programme, keep faith in Laura and you will get all the way through it, i promise. And keep posting and letting us know how you are doing. x

Yay CC! Despite having been a runner before, I was so chuffed to complete W1R2 on the 30th. Getting out there is 1/2 the battle

We all started there and know what it means to get those early runs under our belts. In a few weeks time you will proudly call yourself a runner, your life and your outlook on it will also have changed. C25k works! Good luck.

Hey, did mine this morning too, W1R3 scheduled for Friday and am going to try and do W2R1 on Sunday. Know its going to get trickier to fit stuff in once the kids go back to school and I'm back at work, so trying to get ahead of the game!! Bit scared about wk 2 though...........
