Gait analysis and new trainers

After my suffering this morning I decided gait analysis and new trainers were the order of the day.

My wallet is £120 lighter but hopefully will sort out my calf issue.

I went to sweatshop in Castelford and they were brilliant. I was even invited to join them on their weekly run on a Monday.

😄 Excellent perspective. And you can always calculate an estimate of cost per minute amortised over time to the next pair. This should take the mind off running Gremlins quite nicely!
