Done it.

Enjoyed it.

Proud of it!!!

Seemed easier not to be stopping and starting - even the dogs found some sort of rhythm ...... big smile now for the rest of the day!

It was quite hot in the sun - so week six will start on Friday with the summer shorts coming out of the cupboard 😯

Hope everyone else finishes this week on a similar high 👍

Great run... you earned that big smile! I found the run easier than the intervals too. Slow and steady in the ones that start week 6 and you got this.

Well done 👍🏼.

My husband and I are with you, same run this morning! Both very chuffed 🤪. Much better than the run walks 🏅

Congratulations Stratters on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs 🏃 😊.

Definite pats on both backs - we’ll done us!!

Like you - I won’t look ahead ..... i’ll Just do what Ms Whiley tells me to do on Friday 😁

Must say I don’t envy you snow and ice to contend with..... my worst fear is I might hit a patch of soft sand or get a rogue wave over my shiny new running shoes!

Enjoy the feeling of victory for the rest of today 🏃‍♂️👍

Yes I was very nervous about that but I really wanted to run. Even had to talk to myself quite sternly saying that if it is majorly icy I have to stop 🛑, was difficult to accept...

Hopefully. Although now I've done this run, I am not worried about being a bit more relaxed with my running schedule. It's like this run was the top of the hill, now I can enjoy the runs and the view :-)

Yep, intervals are a right pain in the backside they ruin your bodies natural rhythm and flow. Well done!!

Well done Stratters, excellent run!

But I'm confused by your statement "hot in the sun". Does not compute!
