I bet, take week 6 steady it can catch people out, run 1 of week 6 I set out over confident and still on a high after week 5. Went to fast and ended up running out of steam. Just keep it slow and steady and you'll be fine. โ˜บ๏ธ

Yeayyyyy.. and you SHOULD feel elated...not just for the running....but all the other things you're amazing for!!!!Move on, slow and steady, and don't be phased at all by the different runs.

Just know...you can do it!

You deserve to be super chuffed, elated and very proud of yourself Mrsmuppet on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran, now go and celebrate your wonderful achievement.

Thatโ€™s fantastic Mrsmuppet! Youโ€™ve got a great approach to this thatโ€™s getting stronger and stronger with each run. Well done, it will serve you well in the runs to come and is an inspiration to others.
