So... I ran for TWENTY MINUTES! Everything I read (& couldn’t quite believe) was true, we can do it, we are ready! Anyone using the word “dreaded” for this run need to shove that negativity to one side (I was one of them!) it’s nothing to dread at all 😊

I’m sure loads of people on here told you that before you did it! It is hard to believe though. When you start out and see all those Mo Farah types in the park it is hard to believe that in a few weeks you’ll be one of them. Good luck for the rest of your c25k journey and your future running adventures.x

Excellent post... great run!

Newbies, take those words on board... believe you can do it.

Pippy, really well done, that run is all about the mentality, and you nailed it. Slow and steady into week 6 and you got this.

I really couldn’t get my head round how I’d be able to do it, thought there’d be no way but seriously, it works! ... in some ways I found it easier cos I wasn’t listening and waiting for the walking sections. I knew it was one jog right through so just got on with it and kept it steady 😊 you got this!

I remember that run.

My new mantra, “you can do anything you put your mind to, so put your mind to it.” Nothing to dread at all. We can do this, but well done you. 😊😊

Really? Great to know :-)

Actually been really enjoying week 5 and thinking that if I've managed so far then logically I should be ok with run 3. Logically.

WELL DONE

I’m only on week two and I’ve been peaking ahead to see what’s coming, I was apprehensive about some of the jumps but I wholeheartedly believe I can and will do it.

Well done to you
