RED running/walking through RED January ❤️

Hey lovely friends ❤️

I've not posted in a short while, but thought I'd just update on recent happenings. I ran about 4 to 5 weeks ago last but have been keeping active by doing the RED January challenge and walking after work during the week with my son and pups and then trying to do a good few longer walks on the weekend. Time always seems restricted for a run, well for me personally, but the walking is more achievable at the mo. I am pleased to say that I have been active every day and if honest, it has kept me sane, despite having a few down days for various reasons.

I think the RED challenge is an excellent concept and to raise money for Mind too, that can't be bad. Plus, I was able to have a tee shirt 👚 through it, heehee. I'm so simple, little things like that please me, lol 🤣

I'll post a pic of a walk with the pups, plus my son and I went to the NEC Birmingham and seen the top WRC Rally drivers at the Autosport show. So we did a fair bit of walking there, in between the stops and starts. The pups have enjoyed their walks too, so RED January is doing them good too ❤️

Have a good Sunday lovely people xx

Well done... RED has kept me challenged too... Feburay 1st couch was going to have me, but now I’m on an active 365 thing, so that’s gonna have to wait until January 😂

Now, how is it every time you post you look younger? I need me some of that!

Aww, thank you for that lovely comment, I don't feel young sometimes though, haha, I think the fat plumps the cheeks and wrinkles, 🤣🤣 but apart from that, my mum has good skin and my nan did too, fingers crossed I will follow on from them.

That's brill that you are making it a 365 thing, I take my hat off to you, virtual hat off, as I'm not wearing one, lol. Good for you lovely xx

Well done for getting out there. I have loved RED January so much that along with UnfitNoMore I am going to keep it going for the rest of the year. I have started a challenge over on the Stregnth and Flex forum, I thought people could join in for a week or a month if they felt like it.

Thanks for sharing Realfoodieclub and I think you're fab for deciding to continue it for every day. I'd like to join in on the strength and flex. I'll take a look xx 😊

Well done Beth, you hang in there, you are an inspiration! Keeping active every single day is really hard. I don’t manage it, and I have massive respect to you for taking on the challenge. Keep at it, you’re doing great. The running will still be there x

Aww, thanks Neil, yes it is difficult, and I'm not going to say I'll do it every day. It's been quite difficult only in terms of lack of time, but I'm glad I have stuck to it. Even if I did it every other day, that would be positive and still keep me active. I might actually miss it too, so we will see, haha x 😂
