Wales is white, and that definitely doesn't make it easy 👀.
Yesterday I managed to throw a short single kilometer joined by the excited spaniel, so that was a quick around and up and down the local school field, today only 2.5 klm but more like a run, the end of red January at last is in sight PHEW... Think I'll need to up the klms for the last few runs to get that average of 5k a day, currently 129k.....

Running in snow is hard work! Hoping the snow melts quickly, especially. Still, can't believe it snowed in Wales and down south. 😳
It's like well sorta similar to sand limu_mu not so sticky as mud, but equally I wouldn't say tiring but it's hard work, probably from just concentrating!

Very sensible ✅ we've a beach about hmmmm about 35 mls away but it's really not worth a visit 😂 our nearest is Rhyl 😬 ohhhh the childhood memories of paddling in the sea 🤢
