I aim to find the flattest routes to run but where I live it’s inevitable to find an incline on route. Today that was bang smack in the middle of the 1st 3 minute session. I did it up I wouldn’t have described it as running! How do you deal with this. Does it matter? Should I repeat the run or crack on?

If u managed to keep running and you feel you completed the session crack on! If you feel U’re not ready for week 4 repeat!

If you kinda sorta kept your legs moving I think you can call it done! But if you feel you didn’t really achieve what you meant to, you could repeat If you are learning in an area where inclines (or mountains!) are usual, it’ll be part of how you learn to run. Perhaps just slow down and pick up the pace again when you’ve recovered? You’ll be a stronger runner! I’ve learned on the flat so can’t do anything but the gentlest inclines - something I’ll have to work on.

I vote crack on with the next run. If both feet were off the floor then you were running! :)
