So I did my seventh run today (week 3 started) and when I heard that I was going to have to run for 3 minutes (!) I thought there was no way!
Guess what? I smashed it - and today I felt I could have done more. It’s working!

I know exactly what you mean. I thought 1 minute was a lot, I thought 90 seconds was a lot, then I hit 3 minutes, which I thought was a lot! Hehehe. It is truly amazing what we can do when we put our minds to it.
