Hi all, I’ve just completed my run for today and whilst looking through my app I’ve noticed that my distance is getting shorter each run! I’m not concerned about distance. But does distance reducing mean i’m not quite doing something right? 🤔

Week 3 maintains the overall running interval duration, but reduces the overall walking interval duration..........so the overall duration is the shortest in the plan.

Don’t think so, probably going a bit slower to deal with increased duration. But duration is the point really, not distance or speed. And I had to slow my running right down to progress. I’m still really slow, and will work on pace and distance once I’ve consolidated my 3x30s.
Now, I must put those running shoes on, and head out!!
