Skipping a week before doing Wk 3 (or repeating 2)

I am Skipping a week. My knees are so all over the place. I'm not sure if I have anything properly wrong with them, but my kneecaps seem to dislodge out of place and it's often hard to even walk up and down stairs let alone run. I'm going to try some strengthening exercises and pick up again next week. :(

Sounds sensible. Is it worth going to the doctor or a sports physio - just to be sure? It does sound like something and you don't want to do any harm. Hope it improves soon.
