Just to say whilst I used to regularly run half marathons many years ago. After a few false starts I have started to run again using Couch to 5 K. I am now on week 8. I have found the runs achievable and feel really good afterwards. I also love ‘talking’ to my coach Michael Jordan. I really wish I had known about the app before. I found it after having a casual conversation with someone who had used it. Anyway I would encourage anyone to use it. Well done
