Just completed W9R3 this morning and it’s fair to say I’m delighted to get it done.
Transformation has been amazing and they say the app works allows you to see progress every week.
I was so unfit at the start so to be able to run 30 minutes (and easily more) after 9 weeks is just great.
For me the hardest weeks were 6 and 7 and I really hit the wall then. After that 8 and 9 have actually been enjoyable.
Keep going folks, it is so worth it!
