Hi to all retro runners out there

To overcome the so-called Blue Monday blues, after all your hard work on suggesting songs - here is the 70s 80s Dance Anthem playlist, to help you shake your booty and that blue feeling right out of the door. I’m guessing the tempo will make us all run a little bit faster...

Excellent list Jan.I’ve put out a request for songs from musicals. I was wondering if when I’ve got the list together would you be willing to put it on Spotify as I don’t have Spotify.

Sorry you’re still on the IC . I managed 15 minutes on the mill of dread this afternoon but it really challenges my breathing and coughing. 🥴

Yes no worries of course I’ll put it there, I have a couple of suggestions to go on there too, just need to get my thinking cap on.

Good on you for keeping at it, hopefully your breathing will get unbunged soon...

Physio for 2 hours tomorrow - they keep giggling because I can't actually relax my muscles, one of them is going to use me as a case study for his degree ...
