After last run my right knee was aching all week long so thought it was best to rest it. Six days since then and it's still not quite back to normal but thought bugger it.
Took my time, adjusted stride and made sure to land on middle of feet to help the strain. Run went well, although I had to stop ten seconds before last run was over because I was dying after a big hill 😂 Hopefully knee won't protest later because of it. Not quite prepared to fork out 80-100 quid for a gait analysis and fancy trainers just yet. Maybe after week three if knee is still not happy. Fingers crossed! 🤞🏻

Ahh I’ve been having the same issues, bad knee, 7 days since I ran, am Wondering if I give it a go today, it’s loads better but not 100%. Got a knee support to try but I don’t want to make it worse.
Mine is still feeling good a few hours on from running on it! Got some handy tips from this article --- healthunlocked.com/couchto5...
Main things I concentrated on was 1) making sure I jogged with my feet and knees staying under me, not stretching out in front and 2) landing on the middle of my foot or my tippy toes instead of the heel and 3) making sure my feet weren't slapping the ground but nice and light. Read that they help keep the strain off knees and seem to have done the trick I think!
