Just finished week three. First day was harder but by the end of the week it was a breeze and felt like I could keep going longer if I wanted to. Never thought I’d say that!

Hi, you join good company feeling a bit nervous about the increase in running time week to week. This running plan has been really carefully planned so that these increases keep pushing you in a manageable way. Your fitness will be improving with each run, so don't be concerned. Go at the right pace for you and you'll surprise yourself. Good luck with week 3
