So, I’m still here, still running- albeit gracelessly.
I have noticed though that the inside edge of the front of my left knee is very swollen and swore. I can’t decide if this is from running, or a recent hair removal related injury- contortionist leg epilation skills are on point! I’ve got some excellent running trainers, but I suspect it might be that my foot arch needs even more support because as I ran I concentrated pressure further towards the outer edge of my foot, and miraculously the pain eased. So, Amazon is being plundered for the finest in arch supports, and I intend to keep plugging away at the running. Does anyone have any further advice with regards to the knee/arch dilemma?
Another new addition this week has been a Fitbit- very helpful for motivation! It’s great to see my heart rate, calories and steps increasing!
Due to having found this week a struggle, I am going to redo a run from week two, just to make sure I’m ready for week 3.
