Done week one and found it fine so far. However i am running it on a treadmill due to the dark evenings. I am going to add an extra run in though this week and do it outside in the daytime before i move to week two. Also i dont have music. Does anybody know why or how i can add mysic on. Thank you

Hello and welcome. I think you have to download podcasts to have music. Or you can use your own playlist and C25k just interrupts it to tell you the prompts.
